HercuLoc Warranty

Within three years or 36,000 miles of the original purchase, if the HercuLoc Secure Bed Cover fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, HercuLoc, LLC will have it repaired free of charge.

Security Guarantee:

If, during the warranty period, a thief successfully jimmies the HercuLoc open from the closed and locked position, HercuLoc, LLC will re-purchase the HercuLoc from the owner if he or she so desires. The owner must provide proof of the incident with a police report and photos. HercuLoc, LLC will refund the net FOB purchase price of the HercuLoc upon receiving prepaid shipment of the unit at HercuLoc, LLC’s facility in Glendale, AZ.

Exclusions:

Because the installation is performed by dealers, independent shops or by the purchaser, this warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper installation. The installation manual can be downloaded from www.herculoc.com as a PDF file.

Abuse, Misuse or Unauthorized Modifications Void the Warranty:

The HercuLoc Secure Bed Cover is not intended for use as a work platform or place to stand. People, animals and cargo must be kept off the top of the cover; it is not designed to be a load-bearing structure.

Modifications or additions to the HercuLoc not specifically approved by HercuLoc, LLC may void the warranty. A particular safety concern is that anything attached to the top of the cover may not stay attached in a crash. Such attachments could enter the pickup cab through the back window in a crash, causing serious injury or death.

Electric Series HercuLocs

HercuLoc, LLC holds an exclusive license for the HercuLoc patents; therefore Thacker Manufacturing Inc. can no longer make HercuLocs. The Electric Series HercuLocs have been discontinued, however service parts are available.
